These terms govern your use of the HederaDrops website and the interfaces we publish (the Site). They are an agreement between you and the operator of the Site (we, us). By connecting a wallet or otherwise using the Site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
HederaDrops is an open, on-chain mechanism. The rules of every drop are published on the network before anyone pays, and the contract — not we — enforces them. We never hold your NFTs, your funds or your keys, we do not decide who wins, and we cannot reverse, refund or undo anything submitted to the network. Everything below says that more carefully; this box does not replace it.
The Site is a front end for a smart contract deployed on the Hedera network (the Contract). Drops are created, sold, revealed and paid out by the Contract. We provide software that helps you read the chain and build transactions for your wallet to sign.
We are non-custodial. NFTs placed in a drop are escrowed by the Contract, not by us. Payments move inside the transaction you sign. We hold no balances on your behalf and have no ability to move, freeze or return your assets.
The Contract is public. Anyone may interact with it directly or through other interfaces, with or without the Site. Nothing here gives us control over a drop once it exists on chain.
Every rule of a drop — its host, price, sale window, supply, whitelist or gate, revealer, fee rates and expiry timings — is recorded on chain and executed by the Contract. The Contract's code and behaviour are public and its logic is open, so the terms of a drop can be read and verified by anyone, in advance, without relying on us or on the host.
When you send a transaction you accept the drop's on-chain parameters as they stand at that moment, and the result the Contract produces from them. That is what forms the arrangement between a host and a participant. We are not a party to it.
Where anything shown on the Site, written in a description, or said by a host anywhere else differs from the state of the Contract, the Contract governs. Display material is descriptive convenience, never a promise about how a drop will behave.
Execution is decentralised and public. No participant — including us, the host and the revealer — can pause a running drop, alter a result, reverse a transfer or take NFTs out of escrow other than through the paths the Contract exposes to everyone equally. Every drop, entry, seed and claim is visible to anyone and remains on the network permanently.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter this agreement.
Drops distribute NFTs by chance. Rules on games of chance, prize promotions, lotteries and virtual assets differ by country and can be strict. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Site is lawful where you are, and for not using it if it is not. We may restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time.
You may not use the Site if you are subject to sanctions, or are located in or a resident of a sanctioned or embargoed territory, or if you are acting for someone who is.
There are no accounts and no passwords. You connect a wallet and sign a one-time message so that we can associate a session with your address. Custody of your keys, seed phrase and wallet software is entirely yours.
Anything signed by your wallet is treated as authorised by you. If your keys are lost or compromised we cannot recover them, reverse the resulting transactions, or restore anything they were used to move.
A transaction submitted to Hedera cannot be recalled, edited or reversed — not by you, not by us. All sales are final and there are no refunds, including where a drop does not go the way you hoped, where you enter the wrong drop or quantity, or where you win nothing.
You pay network fees on every transaction you send, and those fees are not returned if a transaction fails or reverts. Prices shown on the Site are in HBAR and are set by the host, not by us.
The Site may display balances, states or results that are stale, incomplete or wrong, including while the network is congested or a data source is unavailable. The Contract's own state is authoritative in every case.
By creating or publishing a drop you represent that:
You alone set the price, the sale window, the supply, any whitelist or gate, the revealer and the platform fee. Once a drop is published its rules are enforced by the Contract: we cannot change them, cancel the drop, refund a buyer, or make a payout happen. The cancellation and expiry paths built into the Contract are the only ones that exist.
You are responsible for anything you say to your participants, on this Site or elsewhere, and for honouring it.
Entering buys a chance, not an NFT. The number of entries and the size of the pool are readable on chain before you pay, and the odds follow from them. A drop may end with you winning nothing at all, and that is a normal outcome rather than a fault.
Read the drop before entering — the host, the pool, the revealer, the window, the whitelist and the fees are all visible on chain. The Site presents that information for convenience; it does not endorse, vet or guarantee any host, drop or NFT.
A protocol fee and, where a platform is involved, a platform fee are deducted inside the entry transaction and sent to the addresses recorded in the Contract. Both are expressed in basis points, are fixed into a drop when it is published, and are readable on chain before you pay.
Fees are earned when the transaction succeeds and are not refundable. We may change the fees applied to new drops at any time; drops already published keep the values they were published with.
Each drop names a revealer when it is published — the address that may send the transaction drawing the seed. For drops created through the Site we offer our own address as the default, and hosts are free to name any other.
Where we act as the revealer we will make reasonable efforts to reveal promptly after a drop closes, but we do not guarantee that we will do so, or when. The Contract does not depend on us: once the grace period has passed, anyone may send the reveal.
The random value comes from the Hedera network. Neither we nor the host can choose, predict or alter a drop's outcome, and we make no representation about the result of any drop.
Won NFTs are claimed from the Contract. Claims are permissionless and the recipient is fixed in the Contract's storage, so anyone may pay the gas to deliver them. We may, but are never obliged to, send claims on your behalf.
A delivery fails if the receiving account is not associated with the token, and only you can associate your own account. Claiming in time is your responsibility. The Contract returns unclaimed NFTs to the host after 100 days from the end of a drop, and after 300 days allows anyone who calls to take them.
We may hide, delist, refuse to display or stop supporting any drop, collection, image or text on the Site at our discretion — for example where it appears fraudulent, infringing, unlawful or abusive, or where it exposes us to legal risk.
This affects the Site only. Hiding a drop does not touch the Contract: the drop keeps running, and it remains reachable on chain and through any other interface.
You agree not to:
The Site shows information from sources we do not control — Hedera mirror nodes, wallet providers, metadata and media hosts, and third-party market and rarity data. Rarity figures, floor prices, volumes and images come from those sources and may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable.
Links to other sites and interfaces are provided for convenience and are not endorsements. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We store what the Site needs to function: your public account and EVM address, a session cookie, the drop details a host submits, and cached copies of public chain and market data. We also keep ordinary server logs. We never receive your private keys or seed phrase.
On-chain activity is public and permanent by nature. Anything you do through the Contract can be read by anyone, on this Site or elsewhere, and we cannot delete it.
The Site and the Contract are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
Smart contracts, wallets and networks carry risk, including undiscovered defects, network outages, congestion, forks and the loss or devaluation of assets. The Contract's source and behaviour are public, and you are responsible for satisfying yourself about them before you use it.
Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We are not a broker, exchange, custodian or fiduciary. NFTs may lose all value.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or assets, arising out of or relating to the Site, the Contract, or any drop.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of the fees we actually received from you in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, any drop you host or enter, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may modify these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice. That does not affect drops already on chain: the Contract continues to run whether or not the Site does.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of the Republic of Korea have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer where you live.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Site. These terms are the entire agreement between us about the Site.
